Q1. How do I place an order?
A. Just browse our shop, pick what you like, add it to your cart, and check out online. That’s it.
Q2. Can I cancel or change my order?
A. You’ve got 12 hours after you order to cancel. Reach out to us fast if you need to make a change.
Q3. Will I get an order confirmation?
A. Yep! As soon as you place your order, we’ll email you a confirmation.
Q4. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalization?
A. Not right now. We don’t have gift wrapping or personalized messages available.
Shipping & Delivery:
Q5. Where do you ship?
A. We only ship within the U.S. at the moment.
Q6. How long does delivery take?
A. Most orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days. This includes processing and shipping time.
Q7. How do I track my order?
A. Once we ship your order, we’ll send you an email with the tracking info.
Q8. Do you offer expedited shipping?
A. No, we just offer standard shipping for now.
Q9. What if my order is damaged or lost?
A. Let us know within 48 hours after delivery. We’ll sort it out according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns & Refunds:
Q10. What’s your return policy?

Q11. Who pays for return shipping?
A. We are providing free returns Decor Akil will pay the return shipping fee.
Q12. When will I get my refund?
A. Once approved, refunds usually show up on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Q13. Do you offer exchanges?
A. We don’t do direct exchanges. Just return the item and place a new order.
