At Decor Akil, we want shipping to be easy and reliable every time you order. Here’s what to expect when you shop with us.

When you place an order on our site, you’re agreeing to the details below.

Order Processing: We process orders within 1 to 2 business days after your payment goes through. We handle orders Monday through Friday. If you order after 5:00 PM (EST), we’ll start processing it the next business day. We don’t process orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Shipping: Right now, we offer Standard Shipping (2–6 business days) for all orders. Once your order ships, it usually takes 2 to 6 business days to arrive. That’s Monday through Friday—weekends don’t count here. Sometimes, things like weather or carrier delays can affect delivery, but we do our best to get your order to you on time.

So, here’s how it breaks down:

  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping: 2–6 business days
  • Total: 3–8 business days from payment to delivery

Shipping Costs: We offer standard shipping on eligible orders within the U.S.

  • Orders below $70 will be charged at $5.95
  • Orders from $70 and above are free

No surprises or hidden fees.

Where We Ship: We currently ship only within the United States. We don’t offer international shipping right now.

Carriers: Depending on where you live and what works best, we use reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. It can take 24 to 48 hours for tracking info to show up, so hang tight if you don’t see it right away.

Shipping Addresses: Please make sure your shipping info is accurate and complete when you check out. If the address is wrong or incomplete, we aren’t responsible for delays, lost packages, or extra charges. If a package comes back to us because of an address issue, we can’t guarantee a refund.

Order Cancellations: Need to cancel? You have 12 hours after you order to let us know. Contact us as soon as you can.

Delays: We work hard to get your order out on time, but sometimes delays happen—bad weather, carrier problems, or high order volume can slow things down. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order gets lost or shows up damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and details. We’ll review your claim and help you out according to our policies.
