At Decor Akil, paying for your order is simple and safe. When you make a purchase, you’re agreeing to everything below.

How You Can Pay: We accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon pay, Google Pay and major credit and debit cards (processed securely via Shopify Payments). All payments go through secure gateways, so your details stay protected.

Payment and Security: Your payment needs to be cleared before we process your order. We use SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant processorsβ€”basically, the gold standard for security. Your payment info gets handled securely, and we never store it on our servers.

Currency: Everything’s charged in the U.S. Dollars (USD).

Canceling an Order: Changed your mind? You’ve got 12 hours after purchase to cancel. Just reach out right away and we’ll help.

Failed Payments: If your payment doesn’t go through, the order won’t process. You can try again with a different method. We’re not responsible for any delays if payment fails.

Refunds: We handle refunds based on our Return & Refund Policy. We send refunds back to your original payment method. It can take up to 10 business days after approval for the money to show up.

Preventing Fraud: If we think an order looks suspicious or unauthorized, we can cancel or refuse it.

Taxes: Any sales taxes show up at checkout.

Chargebacks: If you have a payment issue, talk to us first before starting a chargeback. We’ll do our best to fix things.

Policy Changes: We can update this Payment Policy anytime. New rules kick in as soon as we post them.
