Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Decor Akil. This policy covers orders shipped within the U.S.
When you place an order, you agree to these terms.
Returns: You’ve got 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. To qualify, your item needs to be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with the original packaging (if possible)
- Sent back with proof of purchase
If you send something back without approval, we might not accept it.
What You Can’t Return: Some things just can’t come back to us:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized stuff
- Perishable goods
- Personal care products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
How to Start a Return: Email us at support@decorakil.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and why you want to return the item. If we approve it, we’ll send you instructions on what to do next.
Return Shipping: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label by mail for all eligible return items, and you will not be charged any any return fees.
Restocking Fee: $0.00. Note that no restocking fees are charged
Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number. We’ll sort out a replacement or refund for you.
Exchanges: Yes, we accept exchanges. If you want something else, initiate a return processing and place a new order after we approve your return.
Refunds: Once we get your return and check it, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank’s processing time might vary.
Order Cancellations: Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Just contact us.
